Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, address, IP address, device, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any associated balances, bonuses, or winnings will be voided without compensation.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and to update your account details promptly if they change. 2gbat is not responsible for any losses or delays caused by inaccurate account information provided by the player, including but not limited to incorrect payment details resulting in failed withdrawals.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the 2gbat platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. 2gbat employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, coordinated wagering to exploit promotional terms, and systematic low-risk play designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gaming risk. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses and derived winnings voided, and their accounts may be permanently closed.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice or compensation.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects a game or bet, 2gbat reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return stakes to the player. Winnings generated as a direct result of a provably defective game state will not be paid out.

10.2 Limitation of Damages.
